Sewing Fur Friends: Summer Sewing Camp for Kids Ages 9+!
Calling all pet-loving designers! Join us for Sewing Fur Friends, a paws-itively fun summer sewing camp where students ages 9 and up will learn the basics of machine sewing while creating adorable and practical items for their four-legged friends.
Over the course of five days, campers will spend 3 hours each day learning:
-Master essential sewing machine skills, including threading, stitching, and safety basics.
-Sew a custom collar and leash to keep pets looking stylish on every walk.
- Create a personalized pet placemat for mealtime messes.
- Design a trendy pet bandanna for a bit of flair.
- Stitch a handy pet supplies bag for treats, toys, and on-the-go essentials.
With step-by-step guidance and plenty of room for creativity, campers will gain confidence in using a sewing machine while making gifts for their furry best friends. By the end of the week, they’ll have a collection of handmade pet accessories and a new set of sewing skills to show off!

Bringing your own machine is strongly encouraged as it helps each student learn the ins and outs of the machine they will be working on at home after camp. However if you don't have a machine we will be happy to provide one for camp. Please let us know at registration if you need to reserve a machine.
Studio Stitch will have kits available with supplies needed for $50.
